Shipping policy
What locations do you ship to?
We ship globally Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on federal holidays will ship the next business day.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped through our Jamesport, Missouri, location as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling and processing your order during peak seasons. Delivery time is generally between 3-5 business days, however, factors such as location, inclement weather, customs, and natural disasters may lengthen delivery time.
Please allow extra time during busy seasons such as holidays as postal delays are out of our control.
Tracking information, including carrier, is provided with every order.
Every order is insured.
If your package does not arrive within 45 days of purchase, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out to info@jamesport-farmhouse.com for additional assistance in this matter.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers are provided through email or SMS (text messaging) once your order is packaged. In certain instances, unforeseen delays outside of our control, such as postal or customs checks may occur.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
The shipping is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, should your insured package get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
